Returns

Please contact us at info@aerakiofficial.com to initiate your return process and kindly state the reason of your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how ad where to send the package. 

To return an order, your items must meet below requirements:

• Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
• Be on its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
• Be returned with original tags and packaging

For Greece: FREE returns with ACS courier
For rest of countries : return shipping costs are charged on the customer.

Refund will be issued in your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
